Your Reimbursement

Your expense reimbursement will be sent within approximately four to six weeks upon receipt of your correctly completed expense statement(s) and if you have submitted the following:

• W–9 Form (forms will be made available to you, if you are selected to participate)
• Substitute Reimbursement Form (if applicable)

If you have not submitted the required documentation, an Evaluation Systems staff member will contact you.
